Arvid has been an active investor in the Norwegian syndicated real estate market for the last 15 years. Arvid is a board member in numerous real estate investment companies, in addition to being the prime fund manager of the Orla Real Estate companies. Arvid trained as a solicitor, and has a broad commercial experience in commercial real estate and high yield bond investing.

Jan Gunnar has managed Castor Invest on full time since 2012 . He has 25 years of proffesional experience from positions in Nordea (Oslo og New York), SEB (Enskilda Securities), KLP Kapitalforvaltning, Fondsfinans og Lectio. Jan Gunnar has experience as investment director, Portfolio manager, analyst, corporate finance partner and broker. Jan Gunnar has experience with all Nordic countries and all sectors represented in the Nordics. Jan Gunnar ha a Master in finance, and is siviløkonom from NHH and is a Certified European Financial Analyst, AFA (Autorisert Finansanalytiker).

Kristian joined Orla Capital in January 2024, after more than 10 years commercial real estate experience, starting in leading Nordic real estate syndicator Pareto in 2013, followed by Carnegie from 2019. Kristian has worked primarily with raising capital for real estate projects, investor relations and developing investment opportunities in the secondary market. Kristian has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a specialisation in Finance and Financial Economics.
